Cyber Threats Theft
Malicious cyber activity threatens public safety and our national and economic security. The Beston Investigative Group’s cyber strategy is to impose risk and consequences on cyber adversaries. Our goal is to change the behavior of criminals and nation-states who believe they can hack into U.S. networks, steal financial and intellectual property, and put critical infrastructure at risk without having to face the risk themselves. To do this, we leverage our unique combination of powers, capabilities, and partnerships to impose consequences on our cyber adversaries.
The Beston Investigations Unit is the lead federal agency investigating cyberattacks and intrusions. We collect and share intelligence, engage with victims, and work to uncover the criminals who perpetrate malicious cyber activity, wherever they are.
Investigative operations across 50 continents and with the global private sector
Our investigation team works with foreign partners and the private sector to track down many valid information reports using customer intelligence and information security network vulnerabilities.
These partnerships enable us to protect networks, attribute malicious activities, sanction bad actors, and fight against criminals overseas. The Cyber Investigation Team cultivates this teamwork approach through a unique center, building long-term trusting relationships and working together to fight cyber threats.
Within the government, the Beston Cyber Investigation Team is a certified and permitted presence of the National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force (NCIJTF), which integrates investigative operations and intelligence to maximize the fight against criminals abroad.
Our team uses a variety of techniques including open source intelligence to provide actionable evidence. This service enhances the capabilities of law enforcement and legal professionals.
How we work
Whether it’s through developing innovative investigative techniques, using cutting-edge analytical tools, or forging new partnerships in our community, the Beston Investigations Group is continually adapting to the challenges posed by evolving cyber threats.
Beston Investigations has offices in many countries overseas, each with specially trained cyber teams, and works closely with inter-agency task force partners.
We established the Beston (CCO) Cyber Crime Complaint Unit to collect public reports of cyber crime. Through these reports, CCO's asset recovery team has assisted cyber crime victims in freezing hundreds of millions of dollars and helping victims recover their losses.
If you are a victim of cyber crime or fraud, please file a report with the Beston Investigations Team as soon as possible. Crime reports are used for investigation and intelligence purposes. Quick reporting can also help recover lost funds.
When can I submit a recovery report to the Beston Investigations Team?
To file a recovery report, you must be able to prove personal documents, bills for losses. At Beston International Law Firm, our attorneys can help you investigate the fraud involved and determine which parties are responsible for your losses. Fraud can disrupt your life in many ways. By seeking fair compensation for these damages, you and your family may be able to find some level of peace after the pain.
